Early Life and Journey of Matiullah Turab
Growing up in the picturesque yet tumultuous region of Nangarhar, Turab’s early life was marked by the impact of the Soviet-Afghan War.
As the conflict intensified, Turab’s family, like many others, was forced to flee their homeland. The Turab family sought refuge in Pakistan, where they lived in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Kurram Agency for a significant period. Despite the displacement and challenges of refugee life, Turab’s connection to his homeland remained strong.
